I can't remember the last time a pair of shoes around here became worn out. We have this weird thing where our shoes apparently engage in hand to hand combat while we're asleep. That's the only reason I can think of to explain the number of shredded shoes we find in the mornings. (Our dogs are equally perplexed.) What I find most interesting is this “wearing out” business.
